Here's my dad's "new" mini stock. We think its an 79 or 80. We dont know tho. Just thought Id share it with you all!

ive seen these nose on 79-80 before where do they come from? they would be cool on a turbo wagon on the street

They are in some catalog. I think they look goofy myself. I dont care for it. Car has a 2340 motor in it. Lots of power!
Looks like a Pontiac Sunbird or Sunfire. The stock car nose piece's all look pretty much the same, they just make the grill look like a chevy or buick or whatever. My brother's mini-modified had a Taurus nose on it, it looked the same as yours except it had the oval shaped grill. I like it too apintonut.

He raced it at Monroe Washington last week, and I raced it Saturday @ Port Angeles Speedway, Pt.Angeles Washington. Pintos defiantly drive a lot different than Fox stangs... Took me a while to learn where to mat the go pedal!
