Title: question on oil seperator/pcv valve
Post by: volksnut on September 01, 2008, 04:48:11 PM
I'll be running the lower efi intake with a 350 Holley 2 barrel on the daughters 2.3 motor. My question is where does everyone hook up the hose from the seperator/pcv to intake. Or is there another avenue. There's no provision on the Racer Walsh carb adapter...any ideas   thanks

I don't know how that manifold could be used with a 2 or 4bl carb. without a lot of work, and/or some sort of plenum. Unlike a regular 2 or 4bl manifold, on those each runner goes to an independent cylinder. The stock 2.3 one will let you bolt a 2bl right to it if you remove or modify the EGR plate.

it's a D port head...The circle track guys use them, the Racer Walsh adapter centers the 2 barrel 1 inch over the 4 ports, I then knife edged/ported the ports for a nice transition.  This is what they look like, straight from the Racer Walsh web site

adaptor efi 2bbl 1" Alum
RWA1232A adaptor efi 2bbl 1" Alum. This allows you to add a Holley 350/500 to your EFI intake.

manifold efi intake the works
manifold efi intake the works. This is a fully ported and polished intake. If your are seeking the most powerful intake to fit a production head on a 2.3L, then this is the intake for you.
