Title: Pic loads not working though less than 100kB

I just tried to load a 95kB jpeg in a new message, and got the "file too large" error. I resized it to 84kB, and still get the error. Can someone kindly check into this? Thanks!

I checked the site containter and we are good as far as space this time...

I even tried to upload pics myself to test.. all ok...

Is anyone else having any issues that has been able to in the past?

I usually go up to 99k X 99k and it works for me.
