I was wondering, if i bought IFS for a 76 mustang 2, would it fit into my 76 pinto? How about a wiring harness from a mustang 2 and a rear sway bar?

The suspension from the m2 and the pinto are the same. Unless you don't have any suspension on the pinto or the m2 has a bigger engine (= stiffer springs), you won't gain anything from the swap.
I'm not sure about the wiring, it may or may not be a tad different.
The rear sway bar should also fit the pinto.
