any one have any idea on how to remove the door side impacted bar with out removing the door skin. and best way to do so.

A plasma would work but it might burn the paint on the outside. I removed the crash bars by drilling out the spotwelds at the ends of the doors. Good luck!

i thought i drilled the pot welds but know luck they are loose but cant get them out
