 Will the mustang II RAD 4 speed trans fit in my 79 pinto mini stock without too much modification?  I'm trying to get to around a 7:00 final ratio. I currently have a 2:14 2nd gear {german trans}  and a 2:73 rear gear {6.75" rearend}.This ends up at 5.84. The RAD has a 2:57 2nd gear. That would get me to 7:01. Also if I could find a 3:18 ring and pinion and keep the german trans. that would get me to a 6:80. That might be close enough.  Thanks.

the rear should be 3:55 for the 4 speed car the atuo came with the 2:73's
i do fine with the 3:55 on both 3/8 paved and 1/4 dirt the new car im building has an auto but im putting 3:55 in it ( the car is just all spare parts)
