I have concluded that it will be nigh on imposible for me to find either a set of original or repro rear window louvers for the side and rear windows of my 71 sedan.  Instead, I plan on making my one-off set out of possibly fiberglass or maybe metal.  With that goal in mind, I would really appreciate anyones ideas of how to accomplish this as well as as many pictures of original louvers as possible, with special attention to how the louvers are attached to the body.
