Alternator mounts for 302 swap
« on: April 04, 2014, 05:04:29 PM »
Just wanted to ask and see what people have done to mount their alternators on 289/302 swaps.
the makeshift arrangement in my 74 suggests there may be a problem with some brackets?
I just want to find out if that is the case. Otherwise Im sure I have some factory brackets waiting at home, if they work.
thanks!

I used a kit from March Performance. The kit # is 655-1465 at Jegs. It was around $70 or so. Worked very well.
