Told ya I'd post the info & just got round to it !
Fork part number: D9ZC-7515-BA
Distance between pivot ball & cable ball centers looks like 10 1/2 inches.

The fork was used in the blue Ford bell , number: E6ZR-6394-AA
A T-5 was bolted to the blue bell.
It also works in the Quicktime RM-6063
Both bells are meant for the small 157 tooth flywheel.

The D9 bellhousing supposedly takes the same fork as the 5.0 bell so I guess that proves it. My one D9 bell came with a D8 fork from the factory & I have a 5.0 fork I need to compare it with. Both D5 bells have different fork part numbers & though they look slightly different they appear to fit & work perfectly.
I really need to find some time to take pix & post some of this stuff. It's gotten really confusing as of late.....

As you can see in the pics, the Quicktime has more firewall clearance.
I will try and remember to test fit the T-5 to the Quick bell in the next 2 days.
I need to know this anyway.....bec ause if I get building a second car I'll be using it.....unless I go big HP again.

If the 5.0 I have finds its way into my '73 I plan to keep it under 350 HP. My Mustang is going to have over 800 at the wheels so one over the top ride is enough.
I want the Pinto more drivable so the engine will be stock with a big cam to handle the tunnel ram/390 Holley combo but it's pure eye candy. I don't even care if it only runs mid 12's at the track, I just don't want a car I have to wrench on every time I want to take it to a cruise.....

Know what you mean on being able to drive one daily, without race gas etc.
But yours with cam (headers ?) tunnel ram & then all the glass parts you have, it's going to be a quick car !
A daily was going to be what I wanted in a 2nd car. That went out the window when I saw the 351w aluminum block on Ford Racing site.
An all aluminum 351w & glass parts. Clean the car out/off as much as possible to shave weight & a person could loose 500 lbs easy ?
