Title: pinto pickup
Post by: sedandelivery on September 26, 2011, 05:56:43 AM
Did anyone catch the Pinto Pickup on EBAY now? It has a Bronco engine, but it looks like it has a Dodge rampage dash and roof, and a Ranger tailgate. If I lived closer I would love to check it out. Its in New Mexico, I think.

The dash looks more like it is from a Tempo.

i agree on the dash board it has to be about a  1990 tempo along with the seats and shifter, the motor looks like a great fit as well.

very cool looking truck, would love to see it in person,

would make a great daily driver

Same here! I wouldnt have wasted time puttin in a 2.9 fuel injected either if I was gunna put in any 6 it would have to atleast be a supercoupe 3.8 supercharged.

I have access to a Super Coupe Motor/auto tranny combo with all the wiring and computor, I keep wondering if I should try and install it in one of my Pintos, what a mess that wiring is, way worse then the 87 Turbocoupe wiring I sorted out...

I had to look at ebay to see this, interesting modifications there....

It instantly brought to mind the member here who was trying to put a 90s mustang dash in his Pinto. It turned out to deep but it would have been interesting for sure! Now I can see a similarity as to what it may have looked like.
