There is a pretty nice Pinto on Ebay 1978 rust free without an engine or transmission for buy it now 600.00. I hope it finds a good home.

Thought the car was a 1972 (revised see below). The clues are the small door pulls on the door panels (71-72) and the pot metal headlight surround (72 up). It looks like a good start for a resto. It also has the scarce pop-open 1/4 windows.

Update: Upon closer look, it looks like a 71 with the pass side headlight surround replaced with a 72 up. The driver's side is a 71 with the 2 (only) mounting holes so it's fiberglass. It's a bummer that it does not come with clear title ("bill of sale only"). Should keep the selling price down. Pretty rare version though.
