Oklahoma member SHOUT OUT!
« on: May 02, 2012, 09:29:54 PM »
I just wanted to give a big SHOUT out to a couple of Oklahoma members who recently have been MORE than helpful to me with my restoration. Both OkiePinto and Blink77 have stepped up to supply me with worthwhile parts at a VERY fair price, and I just think it's worth mentioning that they are fine folks, not just for their generosity, but their friendliness as well.

My '76 wagon is coming along nicely (man, I NEED to post again in the "Projects" thread), and I can see it being finished within a year, making it a five year project.

Not to digress, these people remind me that in a world where so little kindness is shown, there are those out there that make a difference. Not to dismiss other fine folks I have met here (you know who you are), can't help but say something nice both of these gentlemen. I am happy to know they are members here, and care enough to assist someone else.
Chris

Chris, heads up for that.. Not enough good words said about people much anymore. Yes, you do need to get your car back on the project page... I was just thinking about it the other day. I'll be starting mine here soon enough.
