Hagerty insurance
« on: December 09, 2014, 02:39:59 PM »
I just requested that Hagerty up my coverage from $8K to $10. They just did so with no hassle. I found out for valuation purposes at Hagerty, a pristine pinto is valued between $6k and $8K. I have $10k tied up in my car. I requested that they value me higher. All it took was the request and extensive photos. If more people request a higher valuation Hagerty may reconsider their low values.

Mines not done, but I think the mininum they insure is 5K.  It'll be worth it to me when it's done the body work.  I'll have more than that in it when I get the engine work I want done and a new overdrive trans put in.
