Could some one please tell me were i can locate information on the wiring of the cluster. What each pin number of the plug is for. I am updating my gauges and hard wiring them in.

Below is a list based on my interpretation of a 1974 Pinto schematic dated Aug 73.  The drawings did not show plug pin numbers so I used letters which may be in order.  The drawings did not completely agree with themselves, especially on the brake warning lamp & ckt# 640.  So use with caution and have fun.
pin   wire       ckt #    function
A  not shown  48     fuel gauge via radio suppression choke & C/V unit, 2 wires on pin, not connected
A  BK-LG H    297    fuel gauge via radio suppression choke & C/V unit to 8 ohm resistor positive side, 2 wires on pin
B   BK            57     cluster illumination lamps & L.H. turn ind & R.H. turn ind & high beam indicator, ground side
C   LG-BK      12      high beam indicator, positive side
D   none                  pin empty, no wire
E   LG          469     seat belt warning lamp, buzzer and seat belt ign module side
F   R-W         39     oil pressure & temperature warning lamp, sender side
G  Y-W         29      fuel gauge, sender side
H  LG-R       904     alternator warning lamp, regulator side
I   BK-LG H   297    alternator warning lamp, positive side
J   LG-R D    162     brake warning lamp, negative side to park brake switch, 2 wires on pin
J   P-W        977     brake warning lamp, negative side to dual brake switch, 2 wires on pin
K   R-Y H     640     seat belt warning lamp, positive side, 2 wires on pin
K   R-Y H     640     oil pressure & temperature warning lamp and brake warning lamp, positive side, 2 wires on pin
L   LB-R        19      cluster illumination lamps, positive side
M  LG-W        3       L.H. turn ind., switch side
N  W-LB         2       R.H. turn ind., switch side

   Thank you oldkayaker
I have been able to fined and ask for so much information about my 74 runabout, I restored it back into a new car. With lots of updated amenities.

Thank you to all Pinto Club Members

If like many clusters of the time you can simply trace the printed circuit traces to where they go to tell what it is for. Many of them seeming to go to same place will be either power supply or a common ground.
