I was offered a very interesting engine today.

So, I was talking to my SnapOn dealer (looking at getting into that business) and told him about my Pinto.  Apparently he and his wife had several and had a pretty hopped up little motor at one point and he knew where it was at.  The guy who owns it now is motivated to get rid of it for a VERY decent price.  The block is stamped 2.0.  It has all chrome everything, pullies, brackets dipstick tube, valve cover, water outlet etc.  It has a Mallory dizzy.  Oh, and it has a RayJay turbo set up to draw through a Weber 45DCOE!   :o And to top it off, it's plumbed for nitrous!   ;D Everything looks pretty hand made, but well put together.  I took some pics, just have to figure out how to get them off my phone and on to here.  I was going to go a different route engine wise, but this has steered me in a different direction for sure!
