looking at some copies of pinto projects in magazines.got a binder years ago from someone.one is from rod action(sept 72).it goes over 302 into pinto.there are several articles about hopping up 4 cyl pintos as well..also have a "pinto plus capri" performance guide & catalog.it covers 1600 & 2000cc engines as well as suspension setups.n/a and turbo botth covered. They give part numbers for each part used.on top of book has 1600-stage v-2000-boss across it.it is in black and white copyright 1972.inside the binder is an original1972 pinto owners manuel.also i found instructions for offy 2.8 intake i had misplaced.thes e articles showed pintos were considered to have performance just waitingv to be found.
