I've never gotten one from him but I did get a couple from England on every WANT post I ever made. I assumed they were spam.
 
I'd set up a disposable Gmail account just to get ahold of the guy & see if it's real. If you get a box full of spam delete the account. I have 3 "GARBAGE" emails just for that purpose.
 
 i'd only pay COD or have a member get it & ship it to you.
