Restoring 1980 Pinto Troyer Modified and need part
« on: September 24, 2016, 09:10:21 PM »
I am in the process of restoring a 1980 Troyer pavement modified that ran in Northeast PA during the early 1980's to 13 feature wins and 2 track championships - it is a low slung Pinto bodied modified - it also uses a stock Pinto rack and the flexible cable end to the steering column - I have decided to upgrade to a more conventional heim/u-joint steering shaft to the rack but I would like to find one of these flexible pieces so I could put the original column back together as it was in 1980 for display only - what I need to ask if anyone has one of these that they would sell me - thank you, Bob Hatcher
