Title: goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: "BEWARE THE SCAM ARTISTS"
Post by: New Era Ent on September 22, 2012, 12:23:27 PM
I received a response to my WTB ad about a steering wheel for a SEVENTY six from one "Tony Jackson". He kindly informed me that he had what I was looking for. I asked if he could send pics and if he used paypal. He responded that he ONLY accepts Western Union. As if that wasn't enough to give him away, he also sent this pic of a "steerling wheel". I don't use this site much and I'm attaching the photo. Hopefully all can see it. LOL

Was your response tied to a user here? If so, let me know so I can take action on our part of the net.

I've gotten responses from England for a Rallye spoiler & hatch louvers. 2 parts that are not in England & if they were the shipping would be insane. I never even responded because it was obvious it was a scam.
