Last Monday, the Heroes and Icons network started running 6 hours of the old Nash Bridges show. One of today's episodes involved a baseball player who felt his 1973 Pinto sedan was his home game "lucky charm." The sedan looked to be a very faded Medium Coral color with white racing stripes. The Pinto is "stolen" by an ex-girlfriend. Sad to say, the Pinto meets a bad end when Nash Bridges uses it to escape from the bad guys. The Pinto's leaking gas tank caused an entire building to explode! Perhaps this is why some people still believe the Exploding Pinto Myth.
