Help with my ride in GA

I got a 78 cruising wagon and need to find someone to help me with motor work. I can not do work by myself or in my garage. I have called all the shops in north GA and they all say 1 or 2 things. Buy a crate motor and we will swap or no thanks. I just need to get it back on road to cruise with my girlfriend. Car has been sitting for almost 2 years (divorce). Just need a shop to do the work and looking for recommendation s for help. Thanks to all.

I have been going to the same shop for 25 years. Fortunately I haven't needed anyone else.
