who was the photographer?  where is that lake / reservoir located?  Crime logs for the area going back a few decades (or more)?

as I recall that picture Pintaro posted was in Hawaii, I have a copy sitting here on my destop, been meaning to post it on my cookieboystoys facebook page

maybe it could have been from one of those action police drama shows from the '70s. like chips or emergency. the film crew and producers didn't feel like pulling out of the pond
