Pinto in Vintage Truck magazine
« on: August 05, 2011, 09:58:23 AM »
I picked up the August Issue of Vintage Truck magazine, the one with the white Terraplane pickup on the cover. In the center of the magazine is a nice 2 page article about a 1978 Pinto wagon a guy bought at a yard sale and how he drove it for a while with no problems except for a bad heater core and how much he liked it even though he hates Fords. The car is a sharp looker, nice shape.

I received a copy of this magazine from a neighbor's dad because of the Pinto wagon in it. Me and him chatted about Pintos this summer while I hand buffed Brownie's paint. Since those days of Pinto Talk, he brings everything Pinto to my attention. lol

A great article, agreed. The wagon is in amazing shape, and hopefully it stays that way! Brownie will be white some day in the future, but pearl white with tinted windows. For now, I'm just enjoying her as she is. Stock!
