Met another Pinto owner today!
« on: February 18, 2012, 01:43:37 AM »
Last year a new member here contacted me about his 78 Squire Wagon asking a few questions about the windshield for his car. I helped him locate a replacement, in fact he ended up getting the extra ones the junk yard had sitting around!

Well he started to email me again last week and was trying to figure out which Jack in the Box I worked at so he could swing by in the Squire to show me the progress he's made on it and to talk some Pinto talk.

I was able to take 20 minutes off the floor to check out his car and chat the Pinto speak. We shot comments back and forth on each others cars and ways to fix little things on his interior.

He has a beautiful red 78 Squire Wagon with deluxe interior and the aluminum slot wheels with great center caps. He even has a nice home made center console for it!

Hopefully after all of the craziness of my store transfer we can meet up again and go over the Pintos some more!
