really need to give more info than that for an idea on what it's worth... condition of paint, body, interior... does it run? need anything fixed? and without pictures??? not sure what you are hoping for anybody to tell you???

what is the asking price?

I have one that would fit the description you gave... If I were to sell it I might be willing to let-r-go for $1000 but if it's fixed up/restored... depending on contioon might be worth up to $5000... see the problem with your question???

Need More Info  ;D

The car looks pretty clean.  IMO that is a fair price looking at the pictures.  4spd or Auto?  The wheels are from a Mustang II.
