Judging by the similarities, that is a Warnerford single sidedraft manifold. It was rated less efficient than a standard Ford 2.0L intake manifold in the book by Dave Vizard titled " How to Hotrod your 2.0 liter OHC Ford". Single sidedraft designs were a good street compromise, but the Lynx Single Sidedraft outflowed the Warnerford by having better equal length ratios between cylinders.
Duals are a better choice but stay under DCOE 45 unless it's really modded inside the motor.
