V6 bypass hose inlet
« on: June 21, 2014, 08:46:25 PM »
Does anyone have a source or part number for the 2800cc V6 bypass hose lower rear water inlet? It's the component labeled 8592 in the attached drawing. It doesn't seem to follow the standard D4/D5/D6FZ-8592xx part number.

I don't have a part number took it to a local parts store and just matched up a similar hose. Not a huge help but a thought! If you don't have the hose then hmmm hopefully some one else can shed some light here!

I have the bypass hose. The part I'm looking for is the aluminum inlet itself. part 8592 in the pictorial.

Sorry, I didn't read the post completely.  I have one that is usable if you can get the broken bolt end out of it.
Looks like the is enough material to carefully drill out the bolt and re-thread.
