Instrument Cluster

What all would be involved in swapping from my 1980 85 mph cluster to one of the earlier 110mph clusters? The odometer is bad on mine so I'd like to change it out anyway but I don't know what I'm getting into.

I'm pretty sure the entire steel dash shell has to go in to pull that off. The openings are completely different.

Just a thought, how about re-facing the replacement (same year) cluster and changing the trans speedo gear to match the new 110 face? If you take your old 85 mph face to a graphics shop, they may be able to make up a vinyl stick on for your replacement speedo cluster. Alot easier than replacing your whole dash. Still a hassle but do able.
