Thanks for all your help on the turbo install. The intercooler is hardly noticable and works great. I did however figure out how to get to keep my heater. Just removed the retaining bolts and pushed it in then lenghthened my coolant lines and POW...it works. You are all awsome and know your stuff. I couldnt have done it witout this site. I will get some pics and will be DYNOing it come next month and will place numbers on here for all who give a crap. Now maybe I can help out with someone else if need be. Thanks again!

After you moved the heaterbox back, do the ducts and the cowl inlet still line up? Did you put a thicker seal around the motor?

As ghetto as it may sound, I just pushed it in a bit after loosening the mounting bolts and it stays pretty tight at that spot with the mounting bolts holding the pressure towards the engine bay. Then just used some foam tape to reseal and lengthen the coolant lines. Its to cold in Idaho and the Pinturbo is too sweet to let sit in a garage. Way to much pride to not spank Hondas all year round. Just spreading the love!
