body id tag.. decode info

Upon removing the radiator from my 1977 Wagon, I found this body tag (3 1/2 x 1 3/4) attached to the core support. Looks much like a FISHER body tag.
I need your input to help me decode it.
I have decoded some if it but not all. Here's what I found so far:

Line 1 --- 0279 22B ?  73B (body type)  GB (body trim)
Line 2 --- Z127305 (VIN)  9D (paint code)  WHIT (color)
Line 3 --- AC (air condition)  RA ?
Line 4 --- BA ?  DM ?  WM ?
Line 5 --- 10 ?  PB (power brakes)

Looks like Lines 3,4,5 are option codes. Those that I did decode, matches my 1977 Wagon !

Am having difficulties posting a photo. Have tried several times with no success. I hate to double post, but that's my only option. Tried to post photo to WANTED..no success. I give up !!
