Title: strut rod bushings

 Well my 78 wagon with power steering needs an alignment Since I had the inner tie rod end replaced on the drivers side its pulling to the right.

 Should I wait until I get the strut rod bushings changed before I get the alignment done? Will it need to be done again I guess is what Im wondering.

 And is it pulling t o the right because he didnt get the outer tie rod end on the same as the old one? Would it need to go on another turn or two or the opposite way?

I would wait. Any time non routine maintenance is done I do qn qlignment since the geometry of the suspension is changed.

 Thats the big question is the geometry changed from what I read about the mustang ii they say that since the strut rods are non adjustable anyway it doesnt change it to replace them. I would think its the same on the Pinto?

if the strut rod bushings are worn the alignment can change easily due to fore & aft movement of the lower arm.  changing them out before the alignment is a good idea.
