I've been searching but don't have a definitive answer, what is the center to center measurements for the spring perches for a 80 pinto ?
-
I think it's 42.5". Lemmie wait till the sun comes up and I will measure mine. It is a 76 Bobcat but will be the same as yours. I just recently swapped in a rustang II rear axle. I should remember that as I did measure it, but I ain't as young as I used to be.

great, I have heard 41.75 , 42.25 and 42.50 don't know which is correct.

Thank god you didn't ask for the drum to drum width of a stock rear end. I've seen AT LEAST a dozen different numbers for that one.
-
Nope, just center to center measurement for the spring perch.
-
Mine measures 42.5" exactly. That's center to center on the leaf springs.
-
thanks Rob, you were right on...!

You bet.
