Not to be the voice of discouragement but having someone do it for you would likely exceed the actual value - by a long margin.  When we go to a turbo Pinto configuration around here we typically source a turbo engine (and far better a complete donor car) which can be a Mustang SVO, Murkur or a T-Bird Turbo Coupe. These engines have forged pistons, a compression ratio suited to the turbo and the 101 little things that are necessary. One of the problems is that the newest of these cars (1988 Turbo Coupe) is 30 years old and ever increasingly difficult to find.

I did an article title "So you want to build a Turbo Pinto."  I'll reference the link here so you have an idea of what is involved. Virtually everyone here who has done the swap has done it themselves so I'm doubtful that you will find a specific place to get the swap done for you.  It's not that it can't be done to your existing engine but it will come down to considerable cost or compromise.

I just installed the Holley Sniper 2300 electronic fuel injection on my pinto, and it was pretty strait forward. The sniper setup is even upgradeable to run a turbo down the line. I made a video on how I did it. . Much easier than trying to adapt the multiport EFI from a later model. Cheers!
