If you've wanted to go really fast in your Pinto, take a look at  http://www.landracing.com   Fastest Pinto on this site was 141 mph.
Its better to be a has-been, than a never was.

And the irony, I remember years ago there were wind tunnel test that stated the Pinto was more aerodynamic backwards than forward.  Anyone remember the Bill Cosby commercials where there were a series of huge fans blowing sideways as Pinto's drove by to illustrate that the "wrap-around sides" made it a stable car in high winds.  That aspect was a real knock on small cars at the time.  So, should you spin sideways in your Pinto don't expect wind resistance to slow you down much!

Yes, it is possible to study and become a master of Pintosophy.. Not a religion , nothing less than a life quest for non conformity and rational thought. What Horse did you ride in on?
