Quick Release Steering Wheel
« on: August 18, 2017, 08:32:49 PM »
I have a Mustang II steering wheel and was wondering what kit could I buy that isn't pricey to install. What quick release kit do you guys recommend that works on my 1974 Ford Pinto?

Any Mustang II steering wheel will fit on any Ford Pinto with no mod's necessary. A quick release will not work without many mod's because the quick release would go where the turn signal plate is located. It can be done but very hard to do. You would have to gut the top part of the steering column to make room for the hub of the quick release.
Its better to be a has-been, than a never was.
