tell you great mechanics out there I need your help please in high school I had a 71trunk style but it ended up getting totaled out by a guy hitting the right rear quarter panel then I switch to a 72 hatchback then sold it all together. to bring back the high school memories I came across this 78 ford hatchback to bring back some old high school memories.my problem is the bird brain I got the car off of instead of taking the lines loose at the old power steering pum an replacing with new pum he took the lines loose from the steering mech an the leak I'm scared to over tighten an I don't wan to put anything on the threads to obstruct the flow of the power steering flood is there suppose to be a porcelain washer between the fitting and the steering Mac when reinstalling the power steering lines? for the life of me I cannot remember its been so long ago and if so can you please tell me where to find them because I have talked to many auto motive part stores and no one can tell me if there's supposed to be a porcelain washer or where to get one or both if there is suppose to be the porcelain washers Thanks Brain Dead Night
