Title: Port hole windows
Post by: Jdm071755 on August 19, 2017, 03:00:02 PM
I'm pretty sure these rings just pull out but I want to make sure. Since parts are so hard and expensive I just want to check.

Ok so I may be wrong I tried taking off the inside bezel by just pulling on it. It's not budging   Do I have to take the whole thing apart?

Hmmm, mine just pull out. I suspect that either they have been in there a million years and are stuck or someone siliconed them? are you able to use a denstist's tool to pry the rubber away from the trim ring a little bit?

Good idea I will give it a try. I am just a little cautious because parts are so hard to find. Thanks so much

Thanks
What I did was put Dawn and water in a spry bottle. The sprayed the rubber seal and they came right out.
