Need oem part number for this part. Is it called a Valance?

If I remember I will post it when I get home. Unfortunately these rarely come up NOS. You are better off seeing if MAP351 still makes his reproduction from Fiberglass.

Sorry, I forgot last night. You know, your valance does not look too bad to me. It looks to be in the same shape as the one I have currently on my car. Mine too is missing the lower tabs. I took some scrap sheet metal, and cut some pieces about the same width as the lower tabs. I drilled a hole for the bolt and I overlapped the sheet metal over the remaining piece of the plastic tab. Basically sandwiching it between the sheet metal and the core support. Hopefully that makes sense. I have been running mine that way for years with no issues. My son has a baseball game tonight but I will try and remember to get you that p/n after.
