Title: painted bumpers

I saw this car on ebay. I have never seen colored bumpers. Did this guy paint his bumpers or was this an option I have never seen?

I saw that one too. Considering the mis-match in color they could be rattle canned or even powdercoated. My money is on rattle cans.....
