hey all,  we are needing to see different front and back seats, the ones with cloth style centers.  also want to see different patterns of the original cloth you have.

thanks  Casey.

the picture right above, has the same interior as my 78 bobcat, there is a company that still has that material and get $85.00 a yard. not to cheap in my book!! good luck!

we are just getting into thinking about starting the seat covers (well angie has been sorta thinking about it)  she asked me to find styles of seats/fabrics, our car is all vinyl and the parts car has cloth centers front and back  sorta like the blue one there... not the top ones ( the seats seem to be broader cloth coverings)  still need more pics so come on ... post them up.  Plan is to make them custom any pattern/colour you wish and new matching dash pads from same vinyl material.

thanks  :)

Gosh I'm trying hard to help. These pics were found on Bing by clicking the Images tab...but they're from Cookieboystoys site. It was slim pickin's and I'm still looking. On Buttercup the seat insert seams were extended down through the padding to attach to the frame of the seats, keep in mind that substantial padding work may be needed to change the 'pattern' (I used to work at an upholstery shop) and the 'horseshoe' style seam is difficult to reproduce and we used to charge more for that. In the sedans the rear seat upholstery is stapled to a Masonite style board (just like the door panels) on the back and a fairly simple foam block and wire frame on the bottom. I've never taken apart a wagon/runabout rear seat back. I'm only assuming by your handle that your car is a 78, that's what year mine was. The blue pic I posted before was my back seat in Buttercup (thanks again Scott for leaving my gallery up!  :D ) Hopefully somebody else will join in with pics too.

Hope it helps at least a little.

If you recognize an image as yours and want it removed, send me a pm and it will be gone within 24 hrs. Don't mean to harm or offend anyone.

"Gosh I'm trying hard to help"

lol  i can see that... i am not trying to beat you up or anything  those are great!!!!

keep them coming.  they aren't going to be for our car,  they will be for who's cars that wants to order sets.

angie first has taken a job for a couple old timers she has worked for, they are restoring a 1965 kenworth and they gave her the job of building the seats back up for it... then when that project is completed she (we) will be into these.

cheers and these are great for they give the ideas of many fabrics styles that were produced.  of course custom styles and combinations will be taken.

thanks

To the fellow with the black interior [or anyone else who'd know.]

Where can I find those floor mats?
Bought my Pinto in '12, last tagged in '97. Had it on the road (thanks to a $20) spring '14. Tima to tear it apart, fix it correctly this time....and play with the drive train. Got a totally free & complete drive train-engine, 5 speed, drive shaft, and computer!
