Need info for AOD swap
« on: March 22, 2012, 07:38:48 PM »
Hey all,
Bit the bullet and bought a 331 kit to put in my V8 Pinto. I will be going from a toploader to an AOD auto. Anybody have any info or sources? The block is a roller cammed, aluminum headed, street motor of about 10:1 compression. I want to AOD to make it more streetable with the 5.43 in the rear!
Thanks
Randy

I don't know what year your putting the 331 in,  If it's a pre 74 then you'll need to "work" the firewall and trans tunnel to fit it.
