Title: Need help with '77 V6 w/ac fan switch wiring
Post by: totljeep on January 05, 2013, 12:59:31 PM
The wiring harness with the female plug to the blower switch has been cut off and there are several wires with female clips crimped on but not connected to the switch. Can someone show me pix of which wire goes where on the switch?? PLEASE?? Thanx!!

There is 5 or 6 wires and my switch has only 4 male stems. Does that female harness plug into a 4 male stem switch or do I have the wrong switch? Maybe if you don't need that assembly and it's good, you might sell it to me??

According to a 77 EVTM, the A/C blower switch has 6 wires while the non-A/C had 4.  The A/C blower had an extra speed and the other additional wire interlocks with the A/C compressor control.

Looks like I need to get the correct switch??..

Anyone have these parts?

Also, the ac compressor is a Frigidaire. Seems to me it should be a York??
