Stock Carb Replacement

Need suggestions on what to replace the stock carb on a 73 2.0. Would like to get back to a standard choke situation less the heated water manifold.

Later carbs around '80 did not use hot water to the choke......... ...

I eliminated the water and put an electric choke on mine...
