All parts stores do not reconize this tag number and must know the stock car it came off.

That is an engineering number not a part number.

The full number would be E5SE-9510-BA

I think the part number would be E5SZ-9510-BA

Look at an  85 Ranger.

E5SE would be '85 Tbird, probably a Motorcraft 2150 off of a 3.8L.

Thanks for the info guys. By anychance would ford dealerships carry carb parts for the 2150 Motorcraft ? Also Its leaking from the accelerator pump so I need a new diagram, is this a common problem.

P.S Many part stores will only carry the rebuild kit which is about $84 but all I need is the pump diagram thats a $7 part

It is an 85-86 3.8 Tbird per the Ford catalog.

Mike M is correct.
