Where does that funky bracket on the control box screw on to?

If I remember correctly, it is on the fuse block.  Its been a while LOL.....

The box I believe goes on the cross brace to the right side , my Cruze wagon has it , I can look (if I can get my big head in there) and see ,maybe take a photo for you this weekend ,
