Installing Grill Ornament/Emblem

I bought a grill ornament and it doesn't have anything in the back to help hold it in place. I was wondering what have you guys used to keep it on?

Looks like you are missing a flat black piece that the prongs go through behind the grille, and two nuts that tighten on the prongs to hold the emblem in place. Enlarge the fourth picture under the main photo in the link below.
