I redid my door seals just 6 months ago. I received "T" clips with the replacement seals. My new rubber did not come with premanufacture d holes for clip insert.  A member here suggested I use a soldering gun to melt holes where needed. I worked well.
   Install rubber and hold in place with tape. Bend back the rubber to make new hole adjacent to intended receipt hole in door frame. My seals seem to fit well yet leak a little air. I am going to remove it and add glue all around. I also found that the new clips did not hold as well as the original clips so I reused them.
    I believe you may not have clips. I would try Rockauto of Original Parts Group. No one has pinto parts but most fords of that vintage are the same.
