hinge pin replacement

Right door pins in my 74 wagon are worn out. Can they be replaced and how?

I REPLACED THEM IN MINE NOT LONG AGO.DORMAN/MOTORMITE LINE HAS THEM,JUST SUPPORT THE DOOR,DRIVE THEM OUT ,DRIVE NEW BUSHINGS & PINS IN.I CAN LOOK UP PART #TOMORROW AND POST.
