Has anyone done any dyno pulls with different brand headers to test horse power numbers? Looking at purchasing one for my street pinto. Its a shame I have all kinds of racing headers laying around, but they are through the fire wall set up. lol

Generally speaking, a header & free flowing exhaust on a stock 4 banger is worth 5 to 7 HP.

I had one installed once, but only for a day because it didnt fit very well. I did notice an increase in low-end torque for me.
