Gauges

Since everyones been so helpful, I have another question for the group.  I want to pick up some gauges from my local pick and pull, just as a temporary solution to monitor my 79 Pinto.  Oil pressure and water temp, probably for sure... Maybe a tachometer?  The junkyard has mainly newer cars, some 80's and a bunch of 90's, the majority is GM, but there are also a good amount of Fords, nothing "fun" mostly average, daily driver, cars (Taurus, Sables, Escorts, F-150s, etc).  Anyone have any insight as to what would be the easiest removal and cleanest swap?  It doesn't have to "look" pretty, just function.  I'm sure I could get all three for around $10, so it's def. better than buying new...
I'm fairly certain I could install a water temp and tachometer, never done an oil pressure, but probably not out of the question.

Any and all insight is appreciated, as always.  Thanks again!
